What we collect here: your name, email, phone, date of birth, city and state, emergency contact, vehicle details and whatever fields the promoter asks for. If you are a minor, also your parent's or guardian's name and phone. If the event has a group insurance policy, also your CURP and your beneficiary.
What we use it for: processing your registration or purchase, issuing your QR code, running the event (check-in, tech inspection, results) and handling questions and refunds.
Who it is shared with: the event's promoter, who receives it to let you take part and is a controller of it in their own right — not a processor acting for us — and the providers that help us operate, such as Stripe to take the payment. If the event has a group insurance policy, also the insurer. This is a short list: the full one is in the Privacy Notice. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Your rights: you can access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and opt out of secondary purposes, by writing to hola@brechear.com.
