- Friday 16:00 — Paddock and camping open
- Friday 19:00 — Tech inspection
- Saturday 07:00 — Registration and transponder pickup
- Saturday 08:30 — Mandatory riders meeting
- Saturday 10:00 — Qualifying (one flying lap)
- Saturday 12:00 — Green flag, 2 hours
- Saturday 15:00 — Awards and raffle
Rules
- Certified helmet, 5-point harness, HANS device or equivalent.
- 2.5 kg fire extinguisher mounted within the driver's reach, window nets or arm restraints.
- Transponder mandatory; rentals available at registration.
- Blue flag: give up the line at the next corner, do not brake suddenly.
- Pit lane limit is 20 km/h. The third offence is a black flag.

Waiver
When registering, every racer (or their guardian if a minor) signs this waiver:
I declare that I take part voluntarily and at my own risk. I understand the dangers inherent to off-road sport — rollovers, collisions, dust, heat, wildlife and rough terrain — and accept that the organizer cannot remove them. I release Brechear Total, the landowner, sponsors, judges and volunteers from all liability for damage to my vehicle, injury or loss of property. I agree to wear the mandatory safety equipment and to follow every instruction from race control and the flag crew.
Minors allowed with a parent or guardian's signature.
