Schedule
- 06:30 Meeting point and check-in
- 07:15 Safety briefing (mandatory)
- 07:45 Group 1 departs; Group 2 ten minutes later
- 12:30 Lunch at Rancho San Carlos
- 15:00 Raffle
- 16:30 Ride back to the meeting point
How we ride
We ride as a convoy. The lead sets the pace and the sweep closes it out: nobody is left behind and nobody passes the sweep. If you stop, pull off the trail and raise an arm so the vehicle behind sees you.
Minors
Minors ride as passengers, always helmeted and harnessed.
Waiver
When registering, every racer (or their guardian if a minor) signs this waiver:
I declare that I take part voluntarily and at my own risk. I understand the dangers inherent to off-road sport — rollovers, collisions, dust, heat, wildlife and rough terrain — and accept that the organizer cannot remove them. I release Brechear Total, the landowner, sponsors, judges and volunteers from all liability for damage to my vehicle, injury or loss of property. I agree to wear the mandatory safety equipment and to follow every instruction from race control and the flag crew.
Minors allowed with a parent or guardian's signature.
